Buy the Uni-VoiP calling card . Credit or debit cards can be used via paypal. This step requires registration. After payments, your PIN will be availble under "my files" menu.

2: Step two.

If you are in UK or US, access telephone numbers will be emailed to your registered e-mail address.

Note that: You can register your UK mobile number and make free calls by dialing this access number 0844-414-2063, just check with your network operator if 0844 numbers are free from your UK mobile.
