Uni-VoIP.Net: Terms and Conditions

The term customer in this document applies to non paying users, too.

This service does not provide emergency service numbers.

The customer agrees to use this service for lawful purposes, only. The customer agrees to set the CallerID/ANI information in their Asterisk configuration to that which corresponds to them, and which will not cause confusion with another person or party, in the case that the CallerID/ANI information is passed by Uni-VoIP.Net.

The customer agrees to have their email address on the Uni-VoIP.Net mailing list at all times during usage of service.

This agreement begins effect immediately upon usage of Uni-VoIP.Net's products and services, whether purchased or obtained freely, and constitutes a legally binding agreement. If, at any time, the customer does not agree to all of the following terms then the party should immediately notify Uni-VoIP.Net and discontinue all usage of products and services.

Uni-VoIP.Net specifically makes no warranties, expressed or implied including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding its products or services.

The customer understands the nature of VoIP services and the inherent instability of the internet. Uni-VoIP.Net shall not be held liable for failure of service, either expected or implied, at any time. Uni-VoIP.Net, its ownership and management, all shall not be held liable for direct or indirect loss of revenue or profits arising due to failure of Uni-VoIP.Net service at any time. The customer acknowledges that the service may not be working for some, most or all of the time.

The customer may request a full refund of unused credit from Uni-VoIP.Net within thirty (30) days of initial deposit, less any unavoidable transfer charges. Refunds requested after thirty (30) days are subject to administrative and transfer charges. The minimum administrative charge is one 50 Sterling pounds (£50). Dormant accounts, which have no activity, will be closed after six (6) months and any remaining refunds forfeit.

All payments to Uni-VoIP.Net via PayPal will first be used to pay any possible negative balance a customer has with Uni-VoIP.Net. It absolutely can't be used for new calls until the negative balance is paid off. This doesn't necessarily apply to wire transfers, and arrangements can be made.

UNI-VOIP.NET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUE SERVICE AT ANYTIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE AND WILL ISSUE FULL REFUNDS ON UNUSED BALANCES AT THIS TIME.

The customer understands that all materials on the Uni-VoIP.Net website are intellectual property of Uni-VoIP.Net and may not be copied.
This agreement makes it clear that the customer is not provided with any claim or remedy, legal or otherwise, with regards to the use of Uni-VoIP.Net service and the interaction with Uni-VoIP.Net Inc. The Customer agrees not to undertake any action, direct or indirect, that would harm Uni-VoIP.Net or its ownership and management in any way, including financially.

THIS AGREEMENT MAY CHANGE AND THE ONLY EXPECTED NOTICE IS UPDATE OF THIS DOCUMENT, WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT, ON THE UNI-VOIP.NET WEBSITE.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITH NEW RATES POSTED ON THE UNI-VOIP.NET WEBSITE. ADVANCE WARNING MAY NOT BE ISSUED.

FOR ALL FREE CALLS, THE PIN NUMBER USED TO MAKE FREE CALLS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF FIRST USE.

FOR ALL OTHER CALLS (NON FREE CALLS), THE PIN NUMBER USED TO MAKE FREE AND NON FREE CALLS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF FIRST USE.

All quotes are valid for the day they are issued, only.

UNI-VOIP.NET DOES NOT SUGGEST, AND VEHEMENTLY DENIES, ANY CLAIM THAT ITS VOIP SERVICES HAVE A LEVEL OF QUALITY OR RELIABILITY ANYWHERE NEAR THAT OF THE REGULAR PHONE SYSTEM

The customer agrees to safeguard their username, password and connection string information. The customer is responsible for all usage on their account. Users with dynamic IPs understand the additional risk they face, and will not keep large amounts of money in their accounts at any given time. Customers with static IPs will inform Uni-VoIP.Net of their static IP address immediately and without fail.

The customer will inform Uni-VoIP.Net of any payment or billing disputes within three (3) business days of their occurrence. Suspected breach of username/password/dial string will be communicated to Uni-VoIP.Net within one (1) hour of the suspicion.

UNI-VOIP.NET DOES NOT ENCRYPT ITS VOIP TRANSMISSIONS OR SENSITIVE PARTS OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION IN ITS DATABASES. UNI-VOIP.NET RETAINS THE RIGHT TO VOLUNTARILY HAND OVER INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOMERS, USAGE AND CALLS TO GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT REQUEST IT.

UNI-VOIP.NET DOES NOT STORE CREDIT NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.

UNI-VOIP.NET WILL NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL OR CORPORATE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
